2-Visit Plan

The 2-Visit Plan consists of Spring Start and Fall Shutdown. Includes a complete walk-through of the system, adjustment of the controller for current weather conditions, and minor adjustments performed at the Spring Start. Repairs performed at Spring Start will be billed at our hourly service rate of $105.00 per hour, with a 30-minute minimum, plus materials. No repairs will be made at Fall Winterization unless necessary to complete the winterization and are at the homeowner’s expense.

3-Visit Plan 

The 3-Visit Plan consists of Spring Start, Mid-Season check, and Fall Shutdown. Includes a complete walk-through of the system, adjustment of the controller for current weather conditions, and minor adjustments as necessary will be performed at Spring Start and Mid-Season checks. Repairs performed at Spring Start and Mid-Season check will be billed at our hourly service rate of $105.00 per hour, with a 30-minute minimum, plus materials. No repairs will be made at Fall Winterization unless it is necessary to complete the winterization and are at the homeowner’s expense.

Service (Repair)

Service technicians will be billed out at our hourly rate of $105.00 per hour, with a 30-minute minimum, plus materials, and a $35.00 trip charge.

Note: For repairs estimated to exceed $300.00 (residential), must be approved by client before work may proceed.

Spring Start 

The Spring-Start (ONLY) Plan will consist of turning on the water to the system, reconnecting all electrical connections, opening all water valves, checking all zones for proper operation, making needed adjustments, and programming the controller for current weather conditions. Repairs performed at Spring Start will be billed at our hourly service rate of $105.00 per hour, with a 30-minute minimum, plus materials.

Fall Winterization 

The Fall Winterization (ONLY) Plan will include complete winterization of the system as follows: shut off all water valves attached to the irrigation; connect high pressure air compressor and blow out all water from the system; disconnect all electrical connections and remove battery (if applicable). No repairs will be made at the Fall Winterization unless it is necessary to complete winterization and are at the homeowner’s expense.

Removal and storage of RPZ backflows and/or arrangement with the city for winterization of an outdoor water supply can be done for an additional fee.

RPZ & Backflow Testing

All irrigation systems have a testable backflow device to protect the water supply. Your municipality may require backflow (pressure vacuum breaker) testing. BNR Irrigation Services is licensed to perform the test and can take care of the necessary paperwork. We will make sure the paperwork is submitted properly and that you receive a copy for your personal records.
