Spring Start

Residential Spring Start-Up for systems with 1-1/4” mainline or smaller. Includes installing a new alkaline battery in the controller, reconnecting all electrical connections, opening all water valves, checking all zones for proper operation, making needed adjustments, and programming the controller for proper operation. Arrangement with the city to turn on water sources and/or re-installation of RPZ type backflows will be done if applies. Any repairs will be done at regular labor rates, less our service charge.

Winterization 

Residential Winterization for systems with 1-1/4” mainline or smaller. Includes complete winterization of the system: shut off all water valves; connect high pressure air compressor and blow out all water from the system; disconnect all electrical connections and remove battery (if applicable). Removal and storage of RPZ backflows and/or arrangement with the city for winterization of an outdoor water supply will be done also if applies.

3-Visit Package

Package consists of Spring Start, Mid-Season check and Fall Shutdown.  A complete walk thru of the system, adjustment of the controller for current weather conditions and minor adjustments performed at Spring Start and Mid-Season check. Any repairs will be done at regular labor rates, plus parts. No repairs will be made at Fall Shutdown.

Service Call

Billed at $105.00/hour plus a $35.00 trip/service charge. Repairs estimated to exceed $150.00 (residential), $250.00 (commercial), must be approved by client before work may proceed, unless other arrangements are made ahead of time.

Maintenance & Repair

Repairs and Service. Service technicians will be billed out at our hourly rate, with a 30-minute minimum, plus a $35.00 trip/service charge for all uncontracted service.
