Preferred Customer

Start-Up & Winterization

As a Preferred Customer, you will automatically be scheduled for your start up and winterization (based on your selections on your contract) without having to contact us to schedule. For start up, you will receive an email in the Spring telling you the date and time window for your appointment. For winterization, you will receive an email in the Fall telling you the date and time window for your appointment. When you receive the email, select “Yes, I want this appointment“ to confirm your appointment OR select “No, I need to reschedule“.

Check Up – Monthly/Bi-Monthly

Preferred Customers can enroll in our check up program. Check ups give you peace of mind that your system is operating properly. Since your system runs at night, many people don’t notice problems and a lot of water and money can be wasted. Your landscape could be damaged by over watering or under watering. Proper maintenance will help keep your system operating for years to come.
